Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties;
• Support in filing system and the daily operations;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience preferably with construction company
• Fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Well organized, hardworking, independent and self-motivated
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediately available is preferred
