Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and daily operation
• AR/AP Control and maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including prepare vouchers and payments
• Handle invoices, account statements and reports
• Knowledge in Import / Export Bills handling is an advantage
• Assist in month-end closing includes reconciliation and analysis preparation
• Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant financial accounting, audit or commercial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office 
• Good command in English, Mandarin
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
• Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated, well-organized and with sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is preferred
