Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Managing the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) business in a modern approach on a daily basis
• Responsible for exploring and expanding the TCM business to different locations
• Responsible for goal setting and strategic directions and planning, team building and training of staff to move forward
• Leading different related business projects and M& A Projects in TCM
• Sound Knowledge of institutional management, Wholesale and retailing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in managing TCM business covering  hospital, Clinics and centers.
• Sound knowledge of relevant TCM, regulations of mainland China, Hong Kong , Macau. Working knowledge of overseas TCM business is a plus.
• Experience in the managing production facilities for various types of TCM formulations and drugs
• Experience in setting the distribution and sales channel for TCM business and products
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
