Place of Duty:                

Housing Authority Headquarters Building or any Housing Authority construction / maintenance site offices located in HKSAR

Duties:                           

Assist the CM and his representatives in preparation of working drawings/sketches, as-built record drawings, in manual and/or electronic form and to undertake other related duties as directed by the CM or his representatives.

Qualification/Experience:        

(I) A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Architectural Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic or Technical Institute, or equivalent and with a minimum of two years relevant drafting and preparation of drawings experience.

(II) Possession of proficient skill in Auto CAD, WORD  and EXCEL

Salary:

Salary will be paid according to the terms and conditions as stipulated by Housing Department.           

Office Hours:              

The normal office hours are from (i) 08:30 to 17:18 or (ii) 08:57 to 17:45, Monday to Friday. The office hours may be subject to the general office hours of Housing Department and to meet site programme. The CTA(A) will be required to work extra hours on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday when instructed.

Period of Employment:                       On contract term.
