This position is achieved through the design, develop and delivery of high quality training solutions for the Aspire Lifestyles Operations teams and identifying areas where quality of service may be improved and providing and implementing solutions for these.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for promoting the Aspire Lifestyles’ suite of enhancement products and services to the affluent and high net worth segments of the clients; based primarily on a B2B2C model.
• Responsible for achieving individual sale targets including the sales margin and related KPIs.
• Responsibilities will include the ownership of the assigned market segments or clients.  Promote our product and service solutions with the support of our in-house experts.  Ensure the delivery of quality services to the clients of Aspire Lifestyles.
• Maximize sales opportunities by including more value-added services and by constantly identifying new opportunities
• Coordinate and implement marketing and promotional activities for the relevant market segments

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• University graduate preferred
• At least 8 years of proven business-to-business, solution-selling experience to major corporations including financial institutions
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese.  Mandarin communication skill
• Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and be able to foster relations with a wide range of local and multinational clients
• Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self motivated.  Have the drive to achieve sales targets and to win.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver result
