Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all recruitment administrative activities during end-to-end selection process, ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner; tasks include job posting, interview arrangement, employment checks process, onboarding arrangement and so on
  • Work closely with the hiring managers & HR Manager to assist in identifying the recruitment needs & sources;
  • Proactively direct source for talent via social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, job fairs and other innovative channels
  • Assist with managing the tracking and analysis of hiring and recruiting data
  • Provide logistics and administration support for the implementation of learning & development projects and programs
  • Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 2 years of HR / recruitment experience (both in-house or agency background are welcomed), preferably in IT industry
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good team player;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Fresh graduate with potential will also be considered
