Skills

• Billing duties for routine financial activities
• Process sale information including verification of all required sales, client status, forms and contracts
• Verifies that all monies that have been received and submit to internal accounting system
• Computes wages, taxes, commissions, and payments

Additional duties, but not limited to:

• Sends completed contracts/vouchers/receipts to vendors and clients
• Compiles records and reports
• Operates office machines such as computer, calculator, and copier
• Must be available during 9th  to 15th each month
• On daily rate ( 9am- 6pm) and compensation will be based on experience
