Job Description

Job Duties

Station in Hong Kong, the incumbent will be the contact point with headquarter to support all VM initiatives worldwide, by managing the VM production with vendors follow the highest quality standard.    

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

Windows Décor

  • Review window order booklet and render all network windows for precise window kit ordering for all schemes and communicating the order to the headquarter (HQ) team
  • Initiate worldwide calls with VM and Contractors to review technical booklets for each scheme.
  • Challenge the quality of installation by VM HQ and provide alternative solutions

 

Communication / Guideline

  • Develop strong communication and working relationship with HQ creative team
  • Communicate Key VM window initiatives to worldwide network in collaboration with VM HQ
  • Provide artistic direction, support and solutions to VM HQ
  • Follow up worldwide production with vendor in China for windows, pop-up, events and props

 

Special Events & Store Initiatives

  • Collaborate with VM HQ on creative visual aspects of special events, store openings, and other store initiatives
  • Work with VM HQ on visual aspects of special events and other store initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6 years and above retail visual merchandising / window installation experience in a multi-store format preferred
  • Strong knowledge and skill of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Power Point, Word, Excel
  • Very organized, with keen attention-to-detail
  • Capacity to have a critical approach
  • Has a sense of urgency and is able to reprioritize efficiently
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Digital photography required
