Responsibilities:

• Assist managers and directors to improve service quality and internal operation procedures
• Manage a team of supervisors and engineers to deliver quality support service and handle customer complaints
• Understand complex or escalated issues and direct subordinates to approach or troubleshoot the issues effectively
• Meet with high-priority customers
• Explore new service and operational initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our support service
• Work closely with Sales on revenue-generating initiatives and promotions Liaise with development team on software issues, bug fixes, enhancement requests and releases report to managers and directors in a accurate and timely manner

  Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience with customer support (technical) operation or experience with project management
• At least 6 years solid experience in supervisory level
• Excellent analytical and problem isolation skills Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skill
• Good spoken and written English is a must, good Putonghua and written Chinese is a plus
• Creative, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently
