Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with our appointed forwarder on the monthly vessel schedule reservation, forecast of containers on a quarterly basis
• handle full set of shipping document ( invoice, packing list, B/L )
• L/C documentation  whenever necessary
• to oversee the team’s shipment  ( follow up with factories and OPO to fine tune shipping arrangement), 
• receivable control  (ensure payment received according to payment terms )
• process of PI & PO  ( both customer & suppliers )
• to update of GCDB when PI & PO received, regular maintenance of GCDB for the team
• Weekly meeting preparation: weekly outstanding order summary, weekly shipment report, weekly payment status, other related reports when requested by management
• Ad hoc projects

Job Requirements :

• F.7 or above
• Over 3 years of shipping experience in trading firm
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills with factories
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
