 Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in hands-on accounting matters including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Familiar with Flex Accounting Software is advantage
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
• Commitment to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skill with good initiative and ability of prioritizing workload
• Good command of Written & Spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 Responsibilities:

• Issue AR statements and follow up AR collections
• Prepare staff claim form and support payment operations
• Handle credit note and debit note
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required
