Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for day-to-day activities of various corporate projects. This will include interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, and client personnel;

l   In charge project execution process;

l   Coordinate the work of other professional parties involved;

l   Communicate with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange;

l   Handle all aspects of issues in relation to listing preparation and restructuring including internal controls, financial reporting, tax planning, corporate finance etc;

l   Assist in financial reporting and valuation analysis;

l   Assist in supervise a team in handling corporate finance assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:-

l   Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline;

l   Must have a CPA designation

l   At least 5 years accounting/audit experience in an international accounting firm;

l   A minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in corporate finance/ listed company;

l   Proven capability in performing extensive financial planning and analysis as well as controlling experience;

l   Strong business acumen, management skills, and leadership capabilities and hard working;

l   Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, as well as fluency in Mandarin
