Responsibilities:

• Work with Regional team to conceptualize and develop enhanced visualization and product presentation in store to support new launches and existing products.
• Plan and execute merchandise presentation, window set-up and in-store display
• Lead the development and production of any merchandising elements that may be required. Qualify and select display vendors and oversee the production. 
• To lead and monitor awareness of new product launch and marketing projects across all channels
• To design and arrange channel events to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Collecting the potential market competitors and shopper behavior research, translate market intelligence data and insights into business opportunities
• Maintain good relationship with retails shop
• Regular store visit

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in visual merchandise, marketing or graphic design
• At least 2 years of channel marketing experience
• Experience in mobile or FMCG industry is a definite advantage
• Strong customer development and negotiation skills
• Data sensitive and strong analytical skill
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills
• With hands on experience in graphic and visual design is a great asset
• Training experience is a great asset

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Visual Merchandiser
