Job Description
Reporting to the Membership Operations Manager, your duties are to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Membership Services Department. Responsibilities include efficient handling of membership administration, handling of members’ enquiries and preparation of monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 3 years working experience, preferably in customer service industry
- Good command of both spoken and written Japanese/English, Mandarin Preferred
- Good PC knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, methodical and of pleasant personality
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work under pressure
