Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute marketing/brand building strategies, plans and programs to promote the brand awareness, market share and sales
• Responsible to source high quality and price competitive product by order details
• Work closely with operations and sales team to drive sales, maximize business opportunities and promote brand awareness
• Work closely with marketing department to ensure smooth implementation of all marketing programs and activities, evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing programs & platforms
• Conduct market research and surveys, master marketing database development and management
• Analyze & evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, competitors’ activities for marketing, business strategies and product development, long and short term plans.
• P&L, budget planning and cost control

 Requirements

• Degree holder of marketing, business management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid marketing/brand building experience for luxury products/brands, experience in watch industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent Mandarin
• Presentable, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, good team player, analytical, result-oriented, proactive and creative thinking
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Occasional business travel is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Brand Development Supervisor”
