Responsibilities

• To assist senior management in supervision of facility, maintenance, cleaning and security
• Assistance to senior management in administrative tasks relating to facility management of  recreation Centre, premises,
• Ad hoc project and duties as required.

Profile

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 5 years solidproperty management experience in project management preferable
• Previous experience in leading small cleaning, maintenance  and security team is highly preferable
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, power point.  Other software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
• Being initiative, high sense of responsibility and can work under minimum supervision
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
