Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for full spectrum of general administration and daily operation.
•Assist in communicating with our group’s PRC counterparts and partners.
• All-rounded support in HR function, group compliance and banking matters.
• Provide support to other staff in office administration works. 

Requirements

• Degree holders of Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 2 years’ general office administration experience is preferred.
• Working experience in professional firms is an asset but not a must.
• Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practical knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an asset
• Good command in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Good computer skills and IT knowledge.
• Immediate availability will be first considered.
