Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and administration of the centres
• Maintaining filing system, manage regulatory records, reports and ordering of medical consumables/office supplies
• Liaise with IT service provider for IT support and system upgrade
• Reviewing and updating health and safety policies
• Support on recruitment including induction program
• Support on renovation and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or Related Disciplines
• Minimum 3- year working experience
• Knowledge in medical field is an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge in IT skills
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibilities, detail-oriented, well organized and able to work in a fast paced working environment
• Immediate available is preferred
