Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for the overall the projects implementation, including scheduling, deployment planning, quality control, managing supplies and budget management

l   To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

l   Responsible for the entire project’s development progress, quality, and cost control

l   To provide in-house QS function and external QS consultants

l   Supplier Evaluate the supplier performance, follow up improvement plan & conduct quality audit

l   Manage of customer complaints, identity root causes and propose relevant corrective actions

l   Attend the Group / Site Quality meetings

Requirements:

l   Bachelor degree in related engineering areas

l   Candidate with Quantity Surveying background is a must

l   At least 3 years’ relevant experience in project coordination, quality management and quality auditing with major developers, consultancy firms or contractors

l   Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Written English and Chinese is a must

l   Detail-minded, good communication and negotiation skills

l   Immediately available is highly preferred
