Reporting Structure

Report to Senior Content Innovation Director and Senior Multimedia Designer

Will have designated client(s), to be assigned.

Must work with agency’s strategic business units (SBUs) and the day-to-day internal operational teams on creating value add creative output.

Scope of Assignment

Consumers’ choice of information channels has grown exponentially over the years. This was driven by the evolution of established media companies and a rise of new media platforms in the digital era. Marketers now have an amazing opportunity and a wider access to content distribution.

With the current convergence of data and content marketing, this new role will focus more on the actual platforms for content, and how to reach the right audiences through a strong knowledge of brand audience, alongside the ability to reach this audience with the right content and advertisements. 

Your role will be helping Senior Content Innovation Director to work with OMD Hong Kong’s clients on creating interesting content through Dynamic Creative Optimization(DCO) platform and but also to take the creative ideas and craft them into something tangible to bring them to life.

• Work closely with all SBU’s in ideation, creative development, and execution of integrated media campaigns
• Develop and enhance pitch presentations
• Support all internal communication needs and PR efforts for OMD brand building
• Compelling storytelling through visualization and design

 Requirement:

• A self-starter and keen learner with great sense of ownership
• Confidence but humble, pleasant and positive
• Open to learn new skill and explore new ways of creativity.
• Resourceful and agile enough to adapt in a fast-moving environment
• A creative and logical thinker and not afraid to voice an opinion
• Fresh graduate with works in digital and visual communication with a keen interest in media integration campaign is an advantage.
• Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone app, and deep understanding of social media landscape in Hong Kong is a bonus
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), Video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and After Effect, basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
