Responsible for the creation, testing and maintenance of in-house applications and reports. Fully involved throughout the development lifecycle from design, through test and up to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining new and current systems.
• Creating new SSRS reports to specifications.
• Designing and creating new applications to specifications using appropriate database and programming technology.
• Provide system analysis and specification for in-house applications.
• Liaise with 3^rd parties in relation to the development, maintenance and support of systems, including data migration (ETL).
• Provide and maintain system documentation.
• Creation and implementation of testing plans.
• Strive to standardise and introduce economies of repetition / repeatable processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full appreciation of how IT systems are used to support business processes
• Knowledge of C#, MSSQL, SSRS, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, WCF, IIS, TFS, JavaScript
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics/Touchstone NAV platform would be advantageous
• SharePoint 2010+ & MVC
