Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining media communication objectives, strategies, and follow up across all types of media
• Prepare and maintain plan budgets, flowcharts, POVs, and decks, generate and maintain competitive analyses. Work with calculations and other quantitative data
• Meet with media sales representatives to explore new opportunity and applicability of media vehicles
• Work in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a number of media planning tools
• General account servicing, client daily contact and handle enquiries

Key Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of media planning / buying experience preferably
• Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop strong relationship, both internally and externally, and feel comfortable interacting with people from different disciplines and cultures
• Must be well organized and have strong quantitative / analytical skills
• Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
• Interest in learning new trend and development
• Importantly, must be passionate about building a career in advertising field
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
