Job Responsibilities :

• Working with the Business Director and client to create clear and coherent plans that bring the media strategy to life.
• In-depth assessment of all candidate media options and detailed recommendation of proposed communication solutions.
• Working closely with the Business Director in your team to ensure smooth and relevant translation from strategy to plan.
• Assess, identify and recommend creative media initiatives that deliver greater strategy depth and impact to the media plan.
• Undertake the implementation of agreed initiatives, including the briefing of third parties, as and when required.
• Management of the implementational process and client relationship management
• Assist the team in developing and implementing an integrated on/off advertising campaign
• Help on competitive data generation, analysis and presentation
• Prepare evaluation of media opportunities, keep tracks of market trends by using industry tools and other research method
• Prepare media plan, budget summary and campaign follow up
• Actively participate in brain-storming for big ideas and consumer insights
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with industry partners. 

Job Requirements: 

•          University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
•          2 - 4 years of media planning / buying experience
•          Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
•          Able to build relationship internally and externally
•          Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
•          Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
•          Passionate about building a career in advertising field
•          Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
•          Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•          Candidate with more experience will be considered as Group Head
