Job Duties

• Data entry and journal entries
• Filing & checking accounting documents
• Preparing vouchers and processing payments
• Responsible for accounts consolidation
• Preparing reports for management
• Handling other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good command of Cantonese and English with some knowledge of Putonghua
• Clerk must have experience with MS Office Excel and MS Word
• Minimum of 1 year or above experience in a clerk or administrative role
• LCCI or equivalent certificate in accounting preferred
• Experience with Accounting Software is an asset
