Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director & senior management
2. Perform general administration/ secretarial duties, include but not limited to meeting arrangement, preparation of minutes and agendas, reports and drafting of correspondence, incoming calls, mails, filing etc.
3. Liaise with suppliers for all sourcing issues including quotation and production
4. Perform and hoc projects and assignment as required

Job Requirements:

1. F.5 or college education with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
2. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
3. Well-organized with strong communication skill
4. Responsible and proactive, independent, detail-minded and a good team player
5. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
6. Immediate availability is preferable
