Gemini Personnel is  looking to hire  a Manager for their Temp and Contracting Division. This division delivers short-term and long-term staffing solutions as well as Payroll to a wide-spectrum of clients in the Hong Kong market.

The position requires the following key skills and experience:

• 3-5 yrs previous experience in handling Temp & Contracting, and Payroll services in a recruitment firm.
• Supervisory skills to manage and motivate a small team.
• Detailed minded and good with numbers.
• Strong business development skills, as will be responsible to greatly increase the business within the division.
• Excellent client and candidate handling skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
