Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, coaching, C&B and performance management in both HK & PRC
- Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and vision

- Provide quality support service and foster the high motivation environment in the Company
- Keep abreast of local legislation’s update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliance to local legislation's supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market
- Implement the employee retention strategy and develop the talent workforce
- Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
- 15 years or above solid HR generalist & Admin with at least 5 years at managerial level.
- Experienced in sizable Company, retail, manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly preferred
- Well versed with HK & China Labor Law, relevant statutory requirements, ISO system is an advantage
- Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
- Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible
- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Travel to Yuen Long & Shenzhen factory is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
