Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, coaching, C&B and performance management in both HK & PRC
• Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and vision

• Provide quality support service and foster the high motivation environment in the Company
• Keep abreast of local legislation’s update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliance to local legislation's supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market
• Implement the employee retention strategy and develop the talent workforce
• Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
• 15 years or above solid HR generalist & Admin with at least 5 years at managerial level. 
• Experienced in sizable Company, retail, manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly preferred
• Well versed with HK & China Labor Law, relevant statutory requirements, ISO system is an advantage
• Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
• Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible
  
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Travel to Yuen Long & Shenzhen factory is required
  
• Immediate available is highly preferred
