Job Duties

• Coordinate with oversea offices/agents for routing orders arrangement
• Communicate with local shippers/consignee for export/import arrangements
• Prepare Airway Bill and required documentation
• Provide accurate and regular update to customers of shipping status
• Report to the supervisor and to help developing the product and trade lane

Requirements

• Min. 3 years working experience in Airfreight operations; With experience in handling UK, Europe, Middle East & USA shipment is an advantage
• Good spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Experienced in handling Dangerous Goods Import & Export.
• Knowledge of New Regulated Agent Security Program
• Immediate availability is preferable
