THE ROLE

• Responsible for the management and supervision of the group's (including HK,PRC and the US ) financial  reporting and consolidation
• Propose financial policies and strategies to align with company business development model and plan
• Prepare budget and monitor the variance
• Ensure compliance with statutory  reports in HK and overseas
• Liaise with external auditors and banks, following necessary compliance
• Manage tax affairs and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist in the development, updating and maintenance of policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls
• Analyses and monitor the cost of sales and overall/different expenses
• Supervise and follow up the jobs of  the team members in different territories

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines;
• Professional qualification with ACCA (Level 2 or above), HKICPA or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in serving innovated business is an advantage
• Experience in HK listed companies is preferred;
• Knowledge in PRC accounting standards and taxation regulations are definitely an asset;
• Familiar in computerized accounting system and ERP;
• Knowledge of shipping and customs practices are an advantage
• Self-motivated with analytical mind and hands on to details
• Good interpersonal communication skill and  good leadership;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Frequent  travel to China and occasional to the US are required;
