Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to property lawyers
•  
• Attend clients independently
• Handle ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• at least 3 years' secretary experience in legal firm
• Careful, detail oriented, well organized and responsible
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Able to work under pressure
• experience in handling tenancy work will be an advantage
