We are looking for a qualified Digital media specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.

If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, social media channels and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

What Are We Looking For

• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. Social media channels.website, blogs, press releases, newsletter)
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing digital plans and strategies
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Assisting with copies for diverse marketing materials
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat and additional channels that may be needed
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
• Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

What Should You Have

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 year of Digital marketing experience
• Proficient writing skills in English and Chinese
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written communication skill
• Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. HubSpot's) to monitor social media conversations.
