Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Key person to coordinate with various parties for program preparation and execution in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and assist the delivery of the education materials
- In charge of the school liaison and setting up the school database
- Outreach to schools
- Administrate the annual essay competition
- Offer logistic support to students who conduct IRS
- Supervise the Programme Officer
- Monitor the quality of programme delivery
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above of any discipline with at least 6 years’ work experience
- Hands-on experience in coordination and execution of community/ school/ culture related programmes with proven record of deliverables
- Posses teaching experience and school connections is an advantage
- Interested in local culture and youth education
- Immediate available

HKYHA operates 7 youth hostels across Hong Kong and currently has an individual membership of more than 30,000 people and group membership of over 600.

Our hostels also serve as educational platforms that allow travellers to broaden their horizons, to learn about different cultures, and to be in touch with nature and heritage conservation.
