Job Description

1. Project management for construction works and fitting-out works;
2. Preparation of tender documents including production of working drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities and contract conditions;
3. Site supervision and quality control, co-ordination, payment evaluation and final accounts settlement ; and
4. Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in relevant disciplines i.e. Building Surveying, Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or Architecture, with at least 4 years’ relevant experience OR
2. Higher Diploma with at least 6 years’ relevant experience.
3. Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
4. Working experience in quantity surveying will be an advantage.
