Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Accounts Payable function of Shared Service Center
• Lead and coach the AP team
• Ensure payment process on time, Accounts Payable accounts and bank accounts are reconciled, complete and accurate 
• Carry out monthly closing, internal management reporting and inter company reconciliation
• Work with internal/ external teams to resolve payment issues
• Assist in treasury activities and liaise with bankers 
• Implement system process for proper AP procedures and workflow improvements
• Maintain and provide AP statistical data and information for analysis
• Facilitate annual audit and internal control compliance
• Assist in various ad hoc missions

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years in supervisory level
• Experience in Accounts Payable, high volume environment (hundreds of suppliers), preferably in Shared Service Center or MNC sizeable company is an advantage
• Attention to details, well-organized and good interpersonal skills 
• Mature, self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure
• Proficient user in Excel; Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
