Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and preform daily accounting duties, mainly for Shenzhen Office
• Handle month end closing include preparing journal entries, bank reconciliation and other financial reports
• Handle Capex, payment process of our suppliers, staff expenses claim, etc.
• Prepare VAT and related tax filing to Shenzhen Tax Bureau
• Responsible for liaison with banker, tax bureau, tax consultant, auditors, etc. for Shenzhen Office
• Prepare group reports, maintain cashflow and other financial analysis
• Improve control compliance of accounting policies and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc project and assignments

Requirement:

• University degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting of PRC business or representative office in Shenzhen
• Solid experience in handling PRC tax, PRC bank arrangement and familiar with PRC statutory requirement
• Experience in manufacturing, retailing and multinational environment is preferred
• Responsible, flexible and good communication skills
• Good command in MS Office; Proficient user in Excel; Knowledge in SAP is an asset
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Base in Hong Kong but travel to Shenzhen as needed
