Responsibilities

• To be the first point of contact for administrative support for the buying team.
• Manage deliveries by liaising with suppliers, warehouse and the wider team to meet our internal targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all products are uploaded to site correctly.
• Assist buyers in the purchase order management including order confirmation checking and inputting purchase orders into the system.
• Maintaining the integrity of system data by resolving discrepancies.
• Managing queries relating to warehouse delivery and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with the styling team to ensure product is accurately depicted.
• Coordinate and assist the marketing team in all HBX marketing activities.
• Ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience within a retail company is preferred.
• Well spoken and articulate in English, possessing excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Proactive team player but able to work independently.
• Confident in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
