Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily financial duties such as A/R, A/P, cheque payments & data input
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing month end closing report
• Prepare billings and payments
• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge (MS office and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk
