Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data collection and data entry of daily operations
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports and accident reports etc
• Prepares statistical reports including data collection and analysis
• Control office stationery and supplies, internal and outgoing mail
• Handle Company BR, Vehicle insurance renewal
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks
• Perform duty as assigned

Requirements:

• F.6 or above with at least 2 years of administration experience
• Able to demonstrate creative thinking, result-driven, strong communication skills, high integrity, self-motivated and team spirit
• Fluency in English, Cantonese is required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required
• Immediate available is preferred
