Responsibilities:

-          Provide secretarial support to Senior Manager including both business and personal matters;

-          Assist senior management on investment document preparation

-          Handle daily correspondence, business proposals and confidential documents as required;

-          Prepare business reports, presentation materials

-          Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination

-          Assist in general office administrative support on daily operation, support other team members when applicable

-          Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

-          2 years or above in secretarial working experience

-          University degree or equivalent

-          Good command in the use of Chinese and English

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-          Mature and able to work independently under pressure

-          Have prior experience in banking or finance services industry is an advantage

-          Immediate available is highly preferred.

-          5 days of work (with alternate Saturday half day shift)

Candidate who has less experience will be considered as a junior position.
