Responsibilities: 

• Report to International Product Director
• Contribute to the success of the marketing strategy for product categories within the Hong-Kong based BU team, by ensuring effective development and launch of new products, in support of Hong-Kong based International Product Director (DPI) and International Product Manager (CPI)
• Draw strategic recommendations to elaborate well structured and attractive product line-up (Panel analysis, store-checks, consumer survey, etc.)
• Ensure product development in close collaboration with various actors (internal and external), and elaborate associated launch package (packaging, claim, ATL and BTL tools) to reinforce product’s positioning and visibility
• Contribute to the success of commercial launches together with International Market Managers (CMI)
• Contribute to feed research roadmap and product innovation to provide new consumer benefits and maximize product attractiveness

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related IT disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in regional context and sizable organization
• Realism, aptitude to adapt to new situations, able to take decisions and review orientations when necessary
• Strong link with products, passion for innovation
• Creative, graphic sensitivity
• Strong analysis intelligence, synthesis skill, able to propose action plans. Business mindset
• Comfortable within network organization, able to consider and integrate technical constraints / issues
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High initiative, willing to learn and work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
