Responsibilities

• Review overseas month-end closing reporting schedule
• Prepare group financial reporting
• Prepare variance analysis to compare actual expenses vs budget
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and re-forecast exercise
• Assist in annual audit in relation to the audit/review matters of the financial statement
• Assist in implementing and monitoring internal control in accordance with the Group’s policies and local statutory requirements
• Review intercompany transactions (sales and purchase) and reconciliations
• Support ad hoc analysis and assignments when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in retail industry and with group reporting experience
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance and POS System is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at difference offices and levels
• Self-motivated, responsible, mature, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Korean is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
• Position title may be adjusted according to the seniority / experience of the candidate
