Job Description
Job Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle accounts payable functions for Asia Pacific markets, including payment to vendors, invoice booking, staff reimbursement, inter-company reconciliation, etc.
- Perform operating expenses review
- Prepare monthly accounting reports
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support to the department
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting and student member of professional body preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations or MNCs
- Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Attention to details with good analytical skills
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and overtime
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Excellent Excel skill
- Knowledge of Chinese word processing is preferable
- Immediately available is highly preferred
