Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer contact and support
• Handle client enquiry and follow up
• Work closely with Nursing Consultant to provide and manage elderly care program
• Handle visa applications process with various government departments and consulates
• Provide logistical and administrative support to our Foreign Nurses/Caregivers
• Maintain company website and social media platforms
• Maintain and manage office supplies, uniforms and equipment
• Assist in preparing the documents (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
• Work location: Wan Chai, and visit clients in Hong Kong SAR
• 5.5 days of work / week (work on alternate Sunday shift)

Key Requirements

• Matriculated
• 2 years of experience or above
• Good command of English & Cantonese (spoken & written)
• General PC knowledge with MS Office
• Articulated
• Rigorous and careful with paperwork, well organized
• Flexible, fast learner, eager to join a professional and fast paced environment, with a lot of opportunities going forward
• You must be a team player, with high level of reliability, responsibility, and a customer service mentality.
• Experience in Geriatric care / Community care is a plus
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Healthcare system is a plus
