Job Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of daily supports to General Manager
• Prepare business communication, business reports, meeting minutes
• Execute on business activities, report progress and customer management
• Support office administrative work as necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• University Graduate. Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
• Preferred excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Excellent in Chinese word and Excel.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Mature, self-motivated, independent yet a team player with strong sense of responsibility
