Job Responsibilities:

• Review and to sure adequate and sufficient funding and or banking facilities are available to support short, medium and long term funding needs of the group
• Develop and maintain an efficient system of policies that adequately control treasury activities
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with banks and other financial institutions
• Manage the group’s foreign exchange and funding exposure
• Keep abreast with the development of  financial market and products
• Manage cash flow and to maximize the return of available fund and minimize the borrowing cost
• Perform technical and economic analysis and to formulate treasury strategy
• Promote competition among bankers and financial institution
• Identify and alert management on financial market related risks
• Co-ordinate Investor relation with relevant in house and external professional
• Assist in major corporate exercises when needed

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5 years treasury experience with sizable company
• Previous hand on experience in Foreign Exchange / Money Market / Bonds / economic and technical analysis/ Risk management
• Self-motivated staff with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• More experience will be considered for the position of General Manager, Group Treasury
