Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and negotiate with client on additional contract terms and conditions;
• Administer daily enquiry and follow up the orders with client;
• Follow up the transaction and contract documentation with client on China taxation issues;
• Prepare and amend contract if required;
• Maintain customers information database and input necessary data for business analysis;
• Any other work as assigned by supervisor.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years or above working experience;
• Well-organized and self-motivated;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in use of Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
