Job Description
Linden Group is a Singapore-based insurance brokerage firm. We have dual brokerage license in both Singapore and Hong Kong. There are 2 admin positions available for recruitment in our Hong Kong regional office. Administrative Assistants are responsible for:
- Perform all round administrative support to sales consultants;
- Arrange business trip itinerary, hotel booking, car services and various reservation services for Senior Management staff members;
- Prepare illustrations for sales consultants;
- Update client base;
- Prepare correspondences to clients;
- Perform ad-hoc task;
- Willing to response work-related messages during non-office hour;
- Willing to learn new things and show a sense of dedication to the company;
- Satisfactory English and Mandarin proficiency;
- Good at Windows and Office Applications;
- Fresh Grads are welcome;
- Expected salary: HKD 12k to 15K (negotiable according to experience) + performance bonus
