Job Title:                            Retail Trainer (1 Year Contract)

Specific Responsibilities

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide logistics and administrative support to the training manager, including material development and maintenance, training venue booking & set up, training course enrollment etc.
• Manage training materials translation and checking, especially e-learning
• Update and maintain training record, ICOM reports, training expenses record
• Facilitate and conduct training classes, be able to conduct Induction and Customer Journey independently
• In-charge of product training, e.g. Collection Training, Product Refreshment Training
• Conduct regular store visits to do role plays and observation (focusing new joiners)
• Participate in ad-hoc training projects as assigned
• Key focus: Induction, Customer Journey, Product Training

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in retail industry preferred
• Adaptable and willing to learn
• Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command on English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient user in Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Retail Training Assistant
