Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily clinical services
• Confirm appointment schedules and follow up phone enquiries
• Handle patient registration and service management
• Responsible for treatment preparation and equipment set up
• Assist in examination procedures
• Ensure all the exam rooms are clean, tidy and hygienic

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and a good team player
• Knowledge in blood taking and IV Block is an advantage
