Job Duties:

• Perform E&M duties including coordination with clients and sub-contractors for project follow-up
• E&M project management and preparation of proposal
• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors for work progress
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in E&M field
• Experience in project management
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCad
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,  able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
